The bike comes with a host of features designed to ensure a safer and more enjoyable riding experience, including the easy-to-read, user-friendly 5” TFT colour instrument panel, full-LED lighting everywhere for improved visibility on the road and at night, and three riding modes as standard. What’s more, Cruise Control lets you set a speed that is activated with a click of a button and then maintained without needing to use the accelerator, leaving you free to focus on your trip.

The V85 Strada’s precise braking comes courtesy of a combination of a Brembo monobloc radial calliper up front and single Ø260-mm disc at the back, making for a winning formula on those adventures through the urban jungle, punctuated by pauses and restarts.

Tyres

The V85 Strada is fitted with lightweight aluminium rims covered with road profile tyres, meaning improved agility and responsiveness, especially on asphalt. The low mudguard is another feature that makes the V85 Strada a practical choice on urban roads.

Engine

The engine is the mighty 90° transverse V air-cooled, E5+ 850-cc twin cylinder, with pushrod distribution and rocker arm plus two valves per cylinder. Variable timing offers gutsy torque, even at low speeds (90% of torque available at 3500 rpm) and max power of 80 horsepower at 7750 rpm. Ride-by-Wire accelerator control delivers impeccable feeling every time.

The V85 Strada makes a statement with its minimal design and lack of superstructure that is built for practicality, but also ensures a bold, distinctive look.
The fuel tank is sculpted around the classic E5+ twin-cylinder with variable timing, and the DRLs outline an eagle silhouette. The back end is tapered wile the front area is defined by a low mudguard.
